LOCATION

Investing in local infrastructure, securing a new future for all.

We are more than a logistics estate; we are driving the industry’s limits with a model for a more sustainable workplace that maximises productivity and fuels growth. Djeembana Estate lies in the expanding industrial precinct of Truganina, with over 1,500 businesses registered in the area, led by the manufacturing and logistics industries. Positioned to capitalise on a $200m commitment by the Victorian Government to develop Truganina Station to our Southeast, Djeembana Estate will also benefit from the 154-bus line proposed to service the area with stops along Dohertys Road and heading towards Palmers Road.
